“In hospitality, workforce issues can define success or failure. I help clients navigate these complex issues, protect their interests, and position themselves for growth."

Dana Kravetz is a nationally recognized labor and employment lawyer and go-to advisor to hotel owners, operators, and management companies. With deep roots in the hospitality space, he helps clients anticipate and navigate workforce issues in a fast-evolving regulatory and legal environment.

With more than two decades of experience, Dana provides counsels on the full spectrum of employment matters, including workforce structuring, wage and hour compliance, executive hiring and terminations, and high-stakes litigation. He defends employers in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-related claims. Known for his business acumen, Dana is as focused on solving problems as he is on preventing them.

Few lawyers understand hospitality operations as intimately as Dana. Whether walking back-of-house corridors or observing hotel staff in action, he brings a “boots-on-the-ground” approach that informs his advice and sets him apart. Dana also sits on the boards of the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations and the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission—roles that keep him at the forefront of industry strategy and innovation.

Beyond the hospitality sector, Dana represents organizations across industries, entertainment among them, advising on employment law issues with a focus on his clients’ unique business needs. A frequent speaker, media source, and published thought leader, Dana brings voice and vision to labor and employment law.
