In the wake of the #MeToo movement, the need for face-to-face and interactive sexual harassment, sensitivity and managerial training has risen. To prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, employers must make sure employees fully grasp the training provided. By providing Spanish language anti-harassment training to managers and employees, and circulating sexual harassment prohibition policies written in Spanish, employers can limit the liability.
