Extra $5M Law Enforcement Policy for DNC Could Come in Handy

Pennsylvania Record
July 26, 2016

Warren Koshofer was mentioned in the article “Attorney: Extra $5M law enforcement policy for DNC could come in handy,” published in the Pennsylvania Record on July 26, 2016. In the article, Mr. Koshofer discusses the fact that the City of Philadelphia purchased a law enforcement liability insurance policy to protect against it or its police officers being sued over the performance of their duties during the Democratic National Convention.  He notes that "today’s environment of hard-fought and contentious elections, lingering law enforcement backlash and protests, and the advent of cell phones which record every interaction . . . only enhances the likelihood of potential claims that would fall under a law enforcement policy.”
