Amanda Anderson is an associate in M&R’s Orange County office and member of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group. In that capacity, she helps to litigate complex disputes from inception through trial in state and federal court and works on arbitration and mediations. Toward that end, Amanda handles pleadings, discovery (written and electronic), legal research, law and motion, and the like.
Prior to joining M&R, Amanda honed her courtroom skills—appellate court included—at a multi-state business litigation law firm. Before that and as a law student at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, she was the Articles Editor of the Chapman Law Review.
