Samantha Drysdale is a senior associate in M&R’s Orange County office. She focuses on complex litigation and class action matters.
Many of Samantha’s contributions in the litigation process have helped result in successful judgment awards for M&R clients. She handles trial preparation, including developing trial strategy, writing motions and briefs, evidentiary objections, and aiding counsel in closing arguments and direct examinations. Additionally, Samantha has worked in the early stages of litigation to ascertain damages, draft demurrers and write pertinent motions.
Samantha is co-chair of the Women Attorneys of M&R (WAMR).
Past Experience
Prior to joining M&R, Samantha interned at the Orange County Superior Court for the Honorable Clay Smith.
