Parul Aggarwal guides clients through complex litigation with focus and purpose, representing companies and individuals in cases that often carry significant legal and business consequences. Her experience spans commercial disputes, insurance-related matters, and white-collar defense, with particular depth in class actions.

Before joining Michelman Robinson, Parul practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, where she handled high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts and developed strategies for class actions brought under ERISA and securities laws. She also brings government experience from her work at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where she contributed to enforcement investigations, and from years as an analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, conducting audits and presenting findings to congressional staff.

Parul’s counsel reflects a unique combination of legal skill and policy insight, grounded in her early career roles at the U.S. Department of State and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She has also served as lead counsel on multiple pro bono matters involving asylum, civil rights, and copyright.
