Molly Wolfe is an associate in M&R’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation Practice Group. Her expertise lies in securities litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration, and regulatory enforcement.
An advocate in high-stakes cases involving fraud allegations, breaches of contracts and fiduciary duties, violations of state and federal securities laws, and enforcement actions and inquiries, Molly represents individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts, where she navigates a broad range of disputes, including complex class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Her experience spans industries—commercial real estate, construction, pharmaceuticals, and biotech, among them.
In addition to her practice, Molly has provided her services on a pro bono basis to Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), supervising immigration applications for clients who arrived in the United States as unaccompanied minors.
Molly earned her law degree from Columbia Law School in 2018. While there, she contributed as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Problems. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Boston College in 2012.
