Kerry Jean Moore is M&R’s Chief Growth Officer. Working out of our New York office, Kerry Jean oversees recruitment and business development efforts at the firm. Toward that end, she is keenly focused on building strategic business partnerships and best-in-class teams, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering diversity and inclusion.

Adept at driving change and leading innovative initiatives, Kerry Jean is known for her mentorship skills and has a track record of successfully managing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes across various levels, including partners, shareholders, of counsel, associates, C-Suite executives, and business staff positions. In her previous roles, Kerry Jean has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for talent acquisition and development, creating inclusive recruiting programs, and managing performance. Her efforts have consistently resulted in high employee engagement, effective succession planning, and strong retention rates.

A critical thinker and proactive leader, Kerry Jean has been entrusted with significant responsibilities in her past positions, including overseeing large teams and managing substantial budgets. Her prior leadership at an AmLaw 10 firm saw her transforming operational processes and cultivating a highly engaged workforce. Kerry Jean’s ability to collaborate with executive and operational leadership to implement strategic talent initiatives has been a hallmark of her career.

Kerry Jean earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College. She is actively involved in several professional associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Association of Legal Professionals, and the Association of Legal Administrators. Additionally, Kerry Jean is a published author with the Practising Law Institute.
