Jonathan Fayman

Jonathan Fayman is M&R’s Los Angeles-based Chief Financial Officer. As the senior executive responsible for managing M&R’s financial activities, his responsibilities include cash management, financial reporting and planning, budgeting and analysis, and tracking the firm’s fiscal strength. Likewise, Jonathan manages M&R’s accounting and billing teams, oversees taxation issues, plays a critical role in several of the firm’s strategic initiatives, and sits on M&R’s management committee, interacting directly with firm leadership.

Having held CFO positions for some of the country’s top law, accounting, and financial services firms over his 32 year career, Jonathan has a proven ability to direct financial operations, is accomplished in structuring and negotiating complex transactions, and has compiled a remarkable record in all aspects of corporate finance. He leverages that expertise at M&R, stewarding the firm’s economic well-being.

Jonathan was awarded a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and then an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California.
