Claire Hoffman

Claire Hoffman is an associate with M&R’s New York office and member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, Securities & Real Estate Practice Group. She works on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, real estate purchases and sales, and debt and equity financings. Claire assists in overall transaction strategy, due diligence, and the preparation of operative and ancillary deal documentation.

A graduate of UCLA School of Law, Claire was a Production Editor of UCLA Law Review. As an undergraduate, Claire earned a B.A. in History and Classical Studies from Villanova University and served as the Editor in Chief of the Villanovan.
