Alec DiMario is a senior associate in M&R’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
A seasoned litigator, he represents management across industries in employment-related disputes in both state and federal courts. These include complex wage and hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative lawsuits, defending against claims of worker misclassification and contractual disputes.
Clients seek Alec for his strategic counsel on employment law matters. He provides invaluable insights on issues related to trade secrets and proprietary information, employee benefits, and executive compensation, empowering employers to navigate the legal landscape with confidence. He assists clients in the development and review of personnel policies and procedures too, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Prior to joining M&R, Alec was associated with an international law firm in the Bay Area. An exceptional writer, Alec was a Literary Citation Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
