Michelman Robinson Adds Accomplished Commercial and IP Trial Lawyer Tom Krzeminski as Partner in Irvine

IRVINE, July 1, 2026 – Michelman Robinson announced today that renowned trial attorney Tom Krzeminski has joined the firm as a partner in its Irvine office. Krzeminski strengthens the firm’s commercial, patent and trade secret litigation capabilities, bringing more than 25 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property and business disputes.

A first-chair trial lawyer, Krzeminski has built a national reputation handling complex litigation in industries including pharmaceuticals, software, manufacturing, automotive, semiconductors, and consumer products. He maintains a particular focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation, where he has represented some of the world’s leading generic pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as emerging branded companies navigating product launches and regulatory challenges.

“Tom is an exceptional trial lawyer whose experience in sophisticated intellectual property and commercial litigation aligns perfectly with the needs of our clients,” said Jeffrey Farrow, Michelman Robinson’s Litigation Department Chair. “His ability to navigate matters where legal strategy, business objectives, and competitive interests intersect will be a tremendous asset to the firm and those we serve.”

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Krzeminski advises clients on FDA regulatory issues affecting NDA, ANDA, and 505(b)(2) approvals, and has handled Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

“Michelman Robinson has built an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic, business-minded counsel to clients across a wide range of industries,” said Krzeminski. “I’m excited to join a firm with such a strong entrepreneurial culture and talented team of lawyers, and I look forward to contributing to its continued growth.”
