On December 18, 2017, Dana Kravetz was extensively quoted in the Hotel News Now article, “Joint-employer reversal: What hoteliers should know.” In the piece, Mr. Kravetz comments on the NLRB’s return to the “direct control” standard to determine joint employer liability.
