Health Care Policy To Watch In 2017

Andrew Selesnick was quoted in the article, “Health Care Policy To Watch In 2017,” published in Law360 on January 2, 2017. The article addresses the potential repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) by the Republican Congress in concert with the Trump administration. Mr. Selesnick cautions that  significant changes might take time given  the significant potential impact for patients and providers. He notes that “when you create uncertainty in the marketplace, that will be very bad. Health care businesses won’t know what to do. I think it will be very hard for [lawmakers] to take out portions [of the ACA] come January.”
