Bradley H. Mindlin

Of Counsel
“When deals get complex, I bring structure, urgency, and a practical understanding of the nuts and bolts of commercial real estate transactions.”

Bradley Mindlin advises on the ownership, operation, and repositioning of commercial real estate, with particular depth in navigating distressed assets in secondary markets.

Having worked on deals involving more than 10 million square feet of property, Brad brings extensive transactional knowledge and a business-savvy approach to every engagement. His practice includes real estate finance, fund formation, and the representation of public companies and real estate investment trusts in high-stakes acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.

Brad’s work often touches on environmental concerns, oil and gas interests, and complex, multijurisdictional transactions. He is especially valued for his ability to steer clients through workouts and restructuring efforts that require both legal precision and commercial perspective.

Clients rely on Brad’s thorough understanding of real estate operations and his ability to bring clarity to fast-moving or layered transactions—especially when time, value, and risk are in tension.
