“When structuring an innovative transaction or navigating a restructuring, success hinges on marrying commercial fluency with technical rigour. That’s where I bring the most value.”

Andrew Shutter is a highly respected finance lawyer with more than three decades of experience advising on cross-border transactions in the international debt markets. His practice spans a broad spectrum of financing and restructuring matters, including syndicated lending, high-yield bonds, structured finance, derivatives, and  corporate and sovereign restructurings.
