Meredith Bobber Strauss represents businesses and individuals in healthcare, entertainment, and other sectors in commercial disputes ranging from internal conflicts to high-stakes arbitration and complex litigation. She advances matters with rigorous research, strategic drafting, and hands-on support from early case theory through resolution.

Her matters involve contracts, partnerships, unfair competition, and related business torts. Day to day, she handles pleadings, discovery (including ESI), motion practice, and witness preparation, always with an eye toward trial while positioning for efficient outcomes in mediation or arbitration.

Before law, Meredith built careers in the performing arts and fitness. That background informs a people-focused approach, characterized by creative problem-solving, strong energy and drive, and clear communication that help clients navigate litigation and keep business objectives front and center.

While in law school at UCLA, Meredith earned a specialization in media, entertainment, technology, and sports law, along with distinction for her pro bono work that spanned the Documentary Film Legal Clinic (contracts, IP, defamation), the Prison Reentry Project, and the Cancer Legal Resource Center. She continues to prioritize pro bono. Meredith also holds a BFA in Dance and a minor in Law, Justice, and Social Change from the University of Michigan and has performed in professional dance and musical theatre productions nationwide.
