Partner
“I work with global businesses looking to enter and thrive in the U.S. market— bridging legal systems, commercial cultures, and cross-border opportunity.”

Omer Er represents clients in cross-border disputes, arbitrations, and foreign direct investment matters, with particular depth advising companies in Turkiye and select European nations doing business in the U.S. He helps clients manage legal risk across jurisdictions while navigating business and political nuance.

Before joining the firm, Omer was a partner at a boutique international disputes and investigations practice. He previously founded and led Middle Bridge Partners, an investment firm supporting U.S.- based early-stage companies in the new economy.

Earlier in his career, he practiced at one of the world’s largest law firms, advising multinationals— including Lehman Brothers, NewsCorp, Turner Broadcasting, Shell, and Nokia—on complex M&A transactions and foreign investments spanning multiple jurisdictions. His work blends legal insight with policy fluency and commercial strategy, particularly in emerging and transitional markets.

Recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 Influential Turkish Americans, Omer speaks and writes frequently on cross-border commerce and international business operations. Fluent in Turkish, he is a trusted voice in U.S.-Turkiye relations and remains active in global economic organizations, including the Atlantic Council and Milken Institute.
