She also represents clients in business litigation involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and breach of contract claims, particularly in the hospitality and advertising sectors.

In addition to her practice, Mindy frequently contributes articles on issues affecting the entertainment and sports industries, as well as broader legal developments. She holds a certificate in IP, Entertainment & Technology Law and was a Fellow at the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law at Pepperdine University.

  • Obtained a favorable settlement for a television personality in a breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty case involving conflicting obligations between show commitments and brand deal terms negotiated by her representatives.
