Dmitriy Gelfand represents clients in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts around the country. He also advises on internal investigations related to corporate crime and regulatory risk.

With experience across the financial services, insurance, and securities sectors, Dmitriy brings a tenacious and methodical approach to litigation. He is known for crafting persuasive arguments backed by robust analysis and for advocacy that holds up—whether in court, in writing, or across the negotiating table.

Before joining the firm, Dmitriy practiced at Global 200 and Am Law 200 firms, where he litigated commercial disputes, including civil RICO claims and bankruptcy adversary proceedings, as well as professional liability claims involving directors and officers. Earlier in his career, he served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the U.S. District Court in New Jersey.

While in law school, Dmitriy served as Associate Editor of Fordham’s Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and as Intra-school Competition Editor for the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.
