As has been reported, Sukhi joins the firm from CMS with a formidable reputation in complex domestic and international litigation, spanning cross-border disputes, enforcement strategy and asset recovery, and having played a leading role for more than a decade in Kuwait Airways Corporation v Iraqi Airways Company and the Republic of Iraq, which was one of the most significant and long-running cases in the history of the English Commercial Court.
