His practice includes helping employers navigate administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies, such as the NLRB, PERB, EEOC, and CRD. He also conducts sensitive workplace investigations involving employee misconduct. Whether addressing an active dispute or helping prevent one, Kyle takes a practical approach focused on understanding the circumstances, identifying potential risks, and helping clients make informed business decisions. While studying at Loyola Law School, Kyle externed with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the NLRB. He also served as Senior Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, participated in the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, and taught as a legal writing tutor. Kyle’s prior experience in employment litigation and immigration law further informs his understanding of workplace issues. He earned his B.S. in Cellular & Molecular Biology and Spanish Language from the University of Michigan and is conversational in Spanish.
