Juliette Donovan supports management in workplace disputes and other labor and employment matters, contributing legal research and writing, case analysis, and preparation for trial, arbitrations and mediations. She previously worked with Michelman Robinson as a summer associate and law clerk before returning to the firm as a lawyer.

As a former judicial intern to the Honorable George Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Juliette developed valuable insight into litigation and the judicial process. She also interned with Brooklyn Defender Services, where she conducted legal research, drafted motions and memoranda, reviewed discovery, worked directly with clients, and assisted with trial preparation, including drafting direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.

While earning her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, Juliette served as a legal writing teaching assistant, helping students develop appellate briefs and memoranda, and was a Managing Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Global Studies, from Lehigh University, graduating with highest honors.
