“Successful litigation starts with understanding what the client ultimately needs to accomplish. From there, every step in the case should advance a strategy designed to reach that result.”

Christopher Johnson represents businesses and individuals in complex real estate and commercial litigation, guiding matters from early case strategy through trial. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, partnership and joint venture lawsuits, construction defect claims, and unlawful detainer actions, often involving closely held companies, high-value property interests, and multifaceted business relationships.

As an integral part of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group, Christopher handles all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and taking and defending depositions. He also serves as both first and second chair at trial and regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and anti-SLAPP applications. Clients value his disciplined approach and his ability to move matters forward efficiently while keeping commercial objectives firmly in view.

Earlier in his career, Christopher developed extensive courtroom and motion practice experience across a wide range of commercial disputes, including matters involving real estate ownership conflicts, partnership and joint venture breakdowns, entertainment-related disputes, and complex business litigation. That breadth of experience informs a practical, business-minded approach to contentious matters.
