Charlotte Moss advises both corporates and individuals, with a particular focus on financial crime and contentious regulatory matters. She has experience conducting internal investigations into alleged misconduct, initiating private prosecutions, and representing clients subject to criminal or regulatory investigations by UK authorities.

Her recent work includes acting for a FTSE 100 company under HMRC investigation, assisting with an internal review into banking practices, and representing an investment management firm in a dispute with a major litigation funder. Charlotte has also supported appellate litigation concerning oral contract claims and has worked across a variety of sectors, including financial services and real estate.

Previously, Charlotte was seconded to the Financial Crime Legal team at NatWest Group. She trained at Addleshaw Goddard, where she completed seats in Real Estate Finance, Corporate (Professional Practices Group), Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate/Global Investigations.
