Alexis Russell supports clients in commercial and business litigation and regulatory matters, contributing thoughtful analysis and steady execution at each stage of a dispute or enforcement issue. Her experience includes legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing litigation-related correspondence, and assisting with regulatory responses across a range of matters. Alexis has worked on issues touching business operations, education law, nonprofit governance, employment, insurance regulation, and enforcement actions arising from market conduct examinations. She regularly assists with document review, motion support, client-facing materials, and analysis tied to regulatory risk.

While at UCLA School of Law, Alexis earned a specialization in Business Law & Policy and served as Chief Note Editor of the Disability Law Journal. She also worked as a teaching assistant at UCLA Anderson School of Management, supporting courses on business law, nonprofit organizations, and legal risk management, experience that continues to inform her practical, business-minded approach to litigation and regulatory matters.
