“In a world driven by data and ideas, protecting both is essential. I help clients do that with confidence.”

Aaron Plesset helps clients safeguard their ideas, data, and brand identity by offering practical guidance on privacy compliance and intellectual property protection.

He advises on data privacy laws including CPRA, CIPA, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and COPPA, helping companies interpret regulations, implement policies, and respond to shifting legal standards.
