Alexis Russell supports clients in commercial and business litigation matters, contributing thoughtful analysis and steady execution at each stage of a dispute. She works alongside senior litigators on cases involving complex legal and operational issues, helping to advance matters efficiently from early assessment through resolution.

Her experience includes legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, and preparing litigation-related correspondence across a range of matters. Alexis has worked on disputes touching business operations, education law, nonprofit governance, and employment-related issues, and regularly assists with document review, motion support, and client-facing materials.

While at UCLA School of Law, Alexis earned a specialization in Business Law & Policy and served as Chief Note Editor of the Disability Law Journal. She also worked as a teaching assistant at UCLA Anderson School of Management, supporting courses on business law, nonprofit organizations, and legal risk management—experience that continues to inform her practical, business-minded approach to litigation.
