Elizabeth Samios is an associate in M&R's New York office and member of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation Department. Lili helps to litigate complex disputes from inception through trial in state and federal court, and works on arbitrations and mediations. Toward that end, Lili handles pleadings, discovery (written and electronic), legal research, law and motion, and the like.
As a law student at NYU, Lili was Staff Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law, and prior to joining M&R, she clerked for the Institute of Justice and was a fellow at the Mercatus Center, both in Arlington, Virginia. While a summer associate at M&R, she co-authored with partner Michael Poster an article published in Corporate Counsel entitled, “Weinstein Clauses: Best Practices for Negotiating, Drafting and Responding.”
