Brooke K. Haley
A senior associate in Michelman & Robinson, LLP’s (M&R’s) New York office, Brooke Haley is a member of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Haley advises banks, financial institutions, and individual and corporate clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, including banking and real estate transactions, securities law, corporate and private trusts, contractual disputes, operating agreements, and commercial mortgage foreclosures. Ms. Haley also has significant experience in litigating and counseling clients regarding employment matters, including discrimination, contractual disputes, hiring and termination decisions, corporate policies, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, severance and benefits. Ms. Haley has also led internal investigations of corporate clients and represented corporate clients in investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Haley has litigated in federal and state courts in New York, and has represented clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Ms. Haley has been recognized as a New York Rising Star each year from 2014-2016.
Ms. Haley earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She received her Bachelor’s degree, with a double major in Economics and Spanish, from Bowdoin College, where she was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar. Ms. Haley serves as a member of the Bowdoin Alumni Schools and Interviewing Committee.
