Vanessa Lambrechts

Vanessa Lambrechts is M&R’s Los Angeles-based Chief Financial Officer. As the senior executive responsible for managing M&R’s financial actions, her responsibilities include cash management, financial reporting, and tracking the firm’s financial planning and fiscal strength. Likewise, Vanessa manages M&R’s accounting and billing teams, oversees taxation issues, plays a critical role in several of the firm’s strategic initiatives, and sits on M&R’s management committee.

A Certified Public Accountant with a wealth of high-level finance operations experience, Vanessa started her career at KPMG, LLP in the audit and assurance practice. Just prior to joining M&R, she was the Vice President, Controller and Financial and Operations Principal for a $1B broker/dealer affiliate of a major U.S. annuity and life insurance company. She worked there for 15 years.

Vanessa, who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, now brings her impressive background to M&R, where she stewards the firm’s economic well-being, all with an eye toward achieving its financial goals and growth objectives.
