Maggie Franz

Maggie Franz is an associate awaiting bar results in M&R’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation Practice Group. She supports the team in handling high-stakes litigation and conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, and manages discovery processes.

A former Assistant Professor of Communication, Media and Culture at the University of Tampa, Maggie obtained her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was an Online Articles Editor for the Law Review. While at Northwestern, she also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia Kendall, Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before that, she earned a Doctor in Philosophy in Communications from the University of North Carolina.
