Helena Man

Helena Man is an associate in M&R’s New York office and member of the firm’s Energy Practice Group. In that capacity, she represents clients in a range of disputes in state and federal courts as well as at arbitration and mediation.

Over the years, Helena has handled all phases of litigation, from pre-trial law and motion practice and discovery through trial and appeals. During that time, she has developed a particular expertise in energy-related matters as well as those alleging securities and common law fraud. Whatever the case may be and no matter the allegations her clients may be facing, Helena is a highly capable advocate with an impressive record of success, having honed her courtroom skills at well-regarded litigation firms in NYC before joining M&R.

In addition to her law firm experience, Helena clerked while in law school for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations in Washington, DC, and was an Enforcement Division Extern and Honors Program Attorney at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, also in our nation’s capital. In addition, during her time at American University, Washington College of Law, Helena was a judicial intern for the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman, judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
