Hayley Hodson

Hayley Hodson is an associate in M&R’s New York office and member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. In that capacity, she handles a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, real estate purchases and sales, and debt and equity financings.

Within M&R’s deal teams, Hayley attends to all aspects of client transactions from inception to close. She participates in deal strategy, conducts due diligence, and assists in the negotiation and drafting of operative and ancillary transaction documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements.

While a student at UCLA School of Law, Hayley sat on the board of the Entertainment Law Association. As an undergraduate at Stanford University, where she earned a B.A. in English, Hayley was a member of the school’s women’s volleyball team. Not only that, she was a member of the USA Volleyball Women’s National Team from 2014 to 2015. During the latter year, she was named National Freshman of the Year and an AVCA All-American.

By virtue of her background as a competitive athlete, Hayley served as an advocate for the National College Players Association, focusing on the protection of the name, image, likeness and group licensing interests of college athletes.
