Bianka E. Valbrun

Bianka E. Valbrun is an associate in M&R’s New York office and member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. In that capacity, she handles a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, real estate purchases and sales, and debt and equity financings.

A critical member of M&R’s deal teams, Bianka attends to all aspects of client transactions from inception to close. She participates in deal strategy, conducts due diligence, and assists in the negotiation and drafting of operative and ancillary transaction documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements.
