Andrew Bell is an associate in M&R’s Houston office and member of the firm’s Energy Practice Group. A dynamic litigator, Andrew’s experience includes complex royalty and mineral interest cases and representing upstream oilfield companies in contractual, commercial and catastrophic personal injury disputes, including surface and downhole tool incidents.

Beyond the oil and gas space, Andrew works on a range of other matters. For all of his clients, Andrew drafts pleadings and discovery, handles depositions and discovery responses, argues motions (including dispositive and pre-trial motions), and is tasked with comprehensive trial preparation. As for his law and motion work, Andrew’s success on summary judgment resulted in the defeat of claims that subjected his clients to nine-figure exposure, in the aggregate.
