Vincent Loh's article, "California Court Dims 'Shine The Light' Law for Plaintiffs," was published in Law360 on February 7, 2014.

From the article...

CBS Interactive Inc., 222 Cal.App.4th 453 (2013), shedding new light on what is actionable under California’s “Shine the Light” law (“STL”). The court’s opinion appreciably limits the ability of plaintiffs to bring suit under the STL, and provides a road map for those seeking to escape “liability traps” based on mere technical violations of the law."
