FTC's New Endorsement FAQs: What They Mean For Advertisers & Endorsers

Michelman & Robinson Advertising & Digital Media attorney, Adam Solomon, clarified the impact of the new FAQs on endorsements, disclosures and the relationship between advertisers and third parties, and provided valuable insight into how traditional rules of advertising are being interpreted for modern day campaigns that involve social media, bloggers and online reviews. This webinar was attended by advertisers and ad agencies, and was approved for one CLE credit with the California State Bar. Because California is a New York Approved Jurisdiction, this course was also approved for one CLE credit with the New York State Bar.
