It's Official, Michelman & Robinson Creates Full Service Advertising, Marketing and Media Practice Department

Michelman & Robinson, LLP (“M&R”) (www.mrllp.com) announces its full service Advertising, Marketing, and Media Department. The new practice will integrate M&R’s core strengths with the needs of its diverse media clients, offering a distinctive mix of advertising, media, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory expertise.

The department brings together M&R’s highly experienced New York and California advertising and media attorneys to help clients navigate the advertising and marketing life cycle from the development of an idea to its launch, growth and maturity.

Chaired by seasoned industry attorney Ronald R. Camhi, the expanded practice will focus its legal services on traditional and alternative advertising, as well as cutting edge marketing trends and emerging technologies such as social and digital media, throughout a broad range of industries.

Mr. Camhi has over 15 years of experience counseling companies and their executives on a myriad of challenging media and advertising issues such as regulatory and privacy issues, user generated content and competitor claims. He has represented some of the nation's largest media buying agencies in numerous aspects of their operations including business advisory matters, such as representing clients in front of government agencies, sale and succession matters and litigation claims. Mr. Camhi will oversee the new department that regularly advises clients on issues involving traditional advertising, digital, branded entertainment, marketing and sales practices, privacy matters, advertising litigation, and emerging technologies, among others.
