On Thursday, November 13, 2008, M&R held the highly anticipated second installment of its Hot Topic series at the Luxe Hotel, which included a networking lunch from noon-1PM followed by an hour and a half long seminar that featured a prestigious panel of experienced industry insiders.

Ronald R. Camhi, Partner, Michelman & Robinson- Los Angeles office and Chair of the seminar, moderated an insightful discussion between the at-capacity audience and panelists, Jeffrey M. Rinkov, President, Lee & Associates-Commerce, Inc.; Rick Burke, Executive Vice President, Alliance Bank; and M&Rs own, Steven Casselberry, Esq., Partner, Orange County office, and Banking and Real Estate Attorney.

Topics included sales and leasing trends in Greater Los Angeles for the industrial, retail and office markets; strategies on obtaining new commercial real estate loans and managing mature loans and defaults real estate projects; and alternatives to bankruptcy and litigation.
