The FTC recently released new FAQs for its Endorsement Guides, but what do they mean for advertisers and endorsers?  In this webinar, Michelman & Robinson Advertising & Digital Media attorney, Adam Z. Solomon, clarified the impact of the new FAQs on endorsements, disclosures and the relationship between advertisers and third parties, and provided valuable insight into how traditional rules of advertising are being interpreted for modern day campaigns that involve social media, bloggers and online reviews.
