Manufacturers and retailers alike are turning to sweepstakes and contests as promotional tools while aiming to keep pace with technological advances and new platforms to deliver these programs. But rapidly changing advertising and privacy laws, coupled with developments in mobile marketing and customer tracking, raise complex legal questions for companies’ use of sweepstakes and contests.
In this program, experts addressed critical issues that arise when using social media to reach customers.
