The Tipping Point – Rising Labor Costs and the New RestaurantPDF Golden Gate Restaurant Association Industry Conference
William Adams will speak on the general session panel, “The Tipping Point – Rising Labor Costs and the New Restaurant” at the Golden Gate Restaurant Association Industry Conference on Sunday, July 26, at 3:00pm. This panel will explore how different restaurants have responded to the recent San Francisco minimum wage increase. Some restaurant owners have increased prices, some have moved to the all-inclusive pricing model, while others have eliminated tipping all together, while still others have adopted a wait and see approach. Now a few months down the road, hear how these decisions are informing operations. Bill will be joined on the panel by Allison Hopelain, co-founder of Camino; Teague Moriarty, co-owner of Sons & Daughters Restaurant Group; and Thad Vogler, owner of Bar Agricole and Trou Normand.
