  • Expanded definition of emergency leave duties;
  • Expanded anti-harassment/discrimination protection for interns and volunteers;
  • Anti-harassment training must address “bullying”;
  • National origin discrimination extends to the circumstances under which undocumented workers obtained a drivers’ license;
