It explored the newly emerging top level domain for hotels, discussing trademark, copyright and other intellectual property issues associated with it. From there, the discussion segued into rate parity concerns for the hotel industry, focusing on the important distinction between vertical and horizontal pricing agreements. Finally, the presentation delved into what hoteliers can do to stave off cyber-attacks.
