The Department regularly receives a high volume of customer complaints concerning the failure to disclose broker fees or improperly charging broker fees. This webinar examined who may charge broker fees, how such fees must be disclosed to customers, the California law governing broker fees, and tips to help avoid regulatory scrutiny.
