We understand the importance of professional development, and we also value cultivating personal relationships among our colleagues. A full-time department oversees team building events. International potlucks, charity walks, interoffice softball showdowns, among a whole host of events, forge meaningful relationships and create lasting memories. Since we are one law firm, and no office is a silo, we organize multiple engagements throughout the year that unite all offices. This promotes collegiality and interoffice synergy.
