Michelman & Robinson’s Labor & Employment Law Department is experienced in both employment counseling and litigation.

We regularly defend employers in individual lawsuits and class actions, obtaining successful outcomes in suits alleging a variety of claims. We have prevailed on behalf of clients in lawsuits involving a variety of claims, includingemployment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, defamation, fraud, breach of employment agreements, wage & hour claims, severance pay, and unfair competition.
